IHSH-416-IND - 10oz Wabash Short Sleeved Mechanic Shirt - Indigo

Short sleeve shirt made from 10oz Japanese Wabash, combined with the retro styling of the mechanic shirt cut. Wabash fabric dates back to the 19th century and was a sturdy working garment worn by the many workers on the US railways. This Wabash is woven from rope-dyed yarns, with the characteristic dot pattern being bleached into the fabric after weaving. This allows the yarns to fade and develop their vintage character while the dots remain visible. This shirt offers a relaxed and casual fit and has all the features of our traditional mechanical cut, including press studs, chest pockets with flap, a straight hem and gussets with split seams for greater freedom of movement.
