Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice or return form is included inside the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship the Goods
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our logistics center in Hamburg, Germany.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the garment for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
